Why is our beef so good?

The photo to your left is our incredible beef that you will fill your freezer with. 

 

"Beef marbling" refers to the visible white streaks of intramuscular fat within a cut of beef.

Health experts have discovered that the mono-unsaturated to saturated fat ratio is higher in Wagyu than in other beef and, the saturated fat contained in Wagyu is different. Forty percent is in a version called stearic acid, which is regarded as having a minimal impact in raising cholesterol levels.
